We had our primary program Sunday in church. It turned out absolutely wonderful! The children did a great job singing and doing their parts and I was so proud of them! I am so lucky to work with such wonderful people in Primary!
Logan was cracking me up because he yawned at least 15 times throughout the program -- even mid-song!!! It made me laugh. There is no hiding what that boy is thinking! He often tells me how boring church is. All I have to say is, we have all been there!
Jillian was really upset before church because she had invited two friends and both ended up not being able to come. We had to do some emotional coaching throughout the day so that they returned to "normal". She takes things so personally. But she did really well and she is such a good sport for being the only girl in her class. Maybe she will eventually like that! Give her a few years....
Jorja is excited because next year she will be able to be in the program also! She is always telling us what a big girl she is. I can't believe she will be a Sunbeam already!
I was really looking forward to taking a nap because I was so tired and I'd like to finally kick the cold I got this week, but that was not to be. I went visiting teaching right after church and then returned to church to take down the risers and return them to the elementary school we borrowed them from. By the time I got home, we had to make and eat dinner, and then get things ready for the next week, get kids ready for bed, read scriptures, say prayers, and get kids down for the night. Then I had to put the food away from dinner and clean things up a bit because I was too tired to do all the dishes. I laid down on the couch at 9pm and was out in less than 10 minutes. An hour later, I dragged myself up to bed and crashed. What a busy day!

As one of the parents of Jillian's friends that was unable to make it to the program she did a great job. I asked her to do her speaking part for me after school the next day. She was great. Jillian had a big smile after I praised her for such a great job!!! Amy
